Why You Are The Way That You Are
There is no right way to answer the question of what makes you unique and special, so don’t dismiss the competition. It helps to know what the interviewer is getting into to tell him why he should hire you.

By knowing where you stand and how to embrace what makes you different, you have full control over your life and happiness. Your experiences throughout your life, your everyday experiences, are what make you unique as the person you are today. There may be moments when you and your friends perceive exactly the same things, but in most cases you see things differently from others.
Perception explains how we experience things and how we think and feel, and it plays a major role in what makes a person unique. As we journey through life, we realize that what we like, what we think and what we desire are not always the same. When you think about having a difficult conversation with an employee, think about how we all see the world in different ways.
Although this can cause many conflicts, we will be more comfortable with the fact that every person is special in his or her own way when we come to understanding the characteristics that form a person. Uniqueness makes us taste food differently, as well as different tastes in things like clothes, cars, art and music. Although we may share tastes and be polite to everyone, we may never experience them in the same way.
In today’s world, we share ideas, lifestyles, and hopes for the future, but we are unique individuals in many ways. Even if we have the same background, education or mother tongue, we all have different views of the world. Some of us have families that surprise us with how different we are.
Why you are the way that you are… We get our values from our parents, our family, our extended family, the schools we attend, our friends and our community. We have all had different genetic compositions that determine more than the structure of a pea plant or the color of our eyes and hair. The genetic composition has a significant impact on the development of the whole body and how it shapes our response to environmental stimuli.
On closer inspection, we find that indeed we are very different: some eat enormous amounts of food and never lose weight, others are extremely talented in certain sports, and still others drink a cup of coffee and have sleepless nights. Many other individual traits are a result of differences that remain within 0.1% of our hereditary spelling. If two copies of a gene or trait in our body cells are identical (referred to as homozygous), they differ in one person (heterozygous).
The rainbow world makes for a beautiful world full of different people. People are unique because of their talents, personalities, achievements and qualities, and I feel that I am different from others in many ways. I have a different determination, work ethic and stubbornness, but I have not lost my love of mathematics because people are born unique.
America has robust political institutions that help create and protect vital personal freedoms. And I am fascinated by science and the new discoveries and insights it offers the world.
The United States has a political and social system that guarantees its citizens a wide range of freedoms, but these are rights, not gifts. The Bill of Rights, the first 10 constitutional amendments and the Supreme Court have helped protect critical freedoms. As the population has grew over the course of time, more and more people have been able to share the created wealth inherited from a variety of ancestral cultures.
It is easier to move from one social stratum to another in the US than in most other parts of the world. Postures that form in your environment can be contagious. These include important personality traits that will enable you to achieve similar results in the future. Our DNA comes from our parents, who in turn gave it to our younger and older ancestors. Other people get DNA from their parents that sets them apart from you.
The simplistic view of genetics is that genes are what you inherit, and genes are how parents produce the proteins that lead to behavior. This simplistic explanation says that because of your genes, you are who you are, which implies that you were born this way because you have a certain dimension of personality or genetic identity.
